- Full Transparency: I will never make promises I can't keep. I won't promise to make you go viral or get you 1,000 followers in the first month. If something isn't working we'll have a chat about it and find a solution. If I don't know how to do something, I'll tell you.
- Flexibility: Things change all the time and I'm always happy to accommodate last-minute content changes (with reasonable notice of course and within reason). I don't work normal hours which means I can be quite flexible with my time more often than not!
